If you are taking this course, it means that your thinking and behavior have caused serious consequences. This program is designed to help you challenge patterns in thinking that have led to these consequences as well as to help you in building healthy relationships in an effort to avoid such consequences in the future. The worksheets are designed to be useful to many different types of people. As persons respond to questions on the worksheets, they have an opportunity to individualize the materials of the program. Through doing so allows them to recognize and address the specific destructive patterns in thinking which have caused harm to them and others.

Module 2: Tactics of Destruction. This lesson will provide examples and definitions of tactics of destruction and how to stop the use of these tactics. Module 3: Thinking Check-Ins. Pay attention to thoughts that are healthy and unhealthy. Learn how to evaluate situations and patterns of thinking that have caused you difficulty, and empower yourself to change these thoughts and behaviors. Module 4: Lifestyle Vision. In this lesson take some time to decide what a satisfying life would look like. Let this vision guide you in your daily lifestyle. Complete a lifestyle vision worksheet and other activities to help guide you. Be sure to listen to the instructional video before starting the lesson.
Module 5: Problem Solving Tips. Use a problem solving model to gather info and support to select the best choice. Learn the difference between problem solving and worrying. Gain tools you will need to break unhealthy cycles in thinking and behavior. Be sure to listen to the instructional video before starting the lesson.
Module 6: Behaviors that hurt vs behaviors the help. Explore the harm and consequences caused by tactics of destruction and distortions that destroy. Evaluate wether you are living a double life, or struggle to maintain secrecy. Learn how to break this way of thinking and living. Be sure to listen to the instructional video before starting the lesson.
Module 7: Power and Control. This lesson will help you explore the use of power and control versus the use healthy anger. Learn how to control your anger rather than allowing it to control you. Acquire techniques to control your anger and ultimately live a more stress-free life. Be sure to listen to the instructional video before starting the lesson.
Module 8: Staying on Track. Learn coping skills to help you maintain a responsible lifestyle. Be sure to listen to the instructional video before starting the lesson.
