Evaluations

Cost varies depending on emphasis

(Please note: There is a $75 rescheduling fee)

Evaluations are often requested by the Courts and Agencies to help assess an individual’s overall risk and needs. Generally, the evaluations have the following emphasis depending on the circumstances prompting the evaluation:

• General Predisposition Risk/Need Self-Elected and Attorney referrals (cost $200)
• Substance Abuse Self-Elected and Attorney referrals (cost $200)
• Domestic Violence Self-Elected and Attorney referrals (cost $200)
• Mental Health Self-Elected and Attorney referrals (cost $300)

An evaluation summary report is provided to include recommendations for services if applicable.

TCSA wants to make sure you have all the guidance that you need at this time.  Within 48 business hours after checking out, you will be contacted via email to coordinate scheduling your evaluation.   Evaluations are a private and personal matter and TCSA makes every effort to foster a safe confidential environment throughout the process.  The email you receive will include a TCSA Counselor contact number for you to use in the event you need to clarify specific details or to make additional requests about your process.
